HTC Titan bakalan hadir dengan OS Windows Phone 7 Mango, single-core Qualcomm MSM8255 Snapdragon berkecepatan 1.5GHz, Adreno 205 GPU dan memori RAM 512MB dan layar S-LCD WVGA 4.7 inchi. Ini berbeda dengan Samsung Galaxy Note yang mengusung Android sebagai sitem operasinya.
